Murphi.ai is a platform — not a point solution. It delivers four live AI modules (Ambient AI, Revenue Assurance, AI Patient Financials, AI Contract Analyzer) plus additional modules coming soon, all under one integration. Organizations can deploy one module or all four.

Murphi.ai supports five integration methods: Agentic AI (autonomous EHR navigation), RPA (robotic process automation), FHIR R4, HL7 v2, and Direct REST API. For platforms using third-party adapters, Carefluence (current partner) and Rhapsody (available) are also supported. Most integrations go live in days.

Yes. Murphi.ai is designed for PaaS deployment. EHR companies, RCM companies, and health IT vendors can embed any Murphi.ai module into their platform via encrypted REST API, SSO, or iFrame — fully white-labeled, under their own brand, at zero token cost.

Most integrations go live in days via API, SSO, or iFrame. For more complex EHR integrations with custom workflows, timelines typically range from 4 to 12 weeks. Murphi.ai's team stays hands-on through the full implementation.

Ambient AI is Murphi.ai's voice-to-note clinical documentation module. Clinicians record visits naturally — Murphi.ai transcribes with 98.7% accuracy and generates structured clinical notes (OASIS, SOAP, PIE, BIRP, DAP, IDG, and more) synced directly to the EHR. 55 languages supported. Status: Beta.

Revenue Assurance is Murphi.ai's AI compliance reporting module — 28 reports covering Home Health (15 reports: F2F, OASIS, ADR, PDGM, Coding, Recertifications) and Hospice (13 reports: CTI Validator, HOPE, IDG, EOLRBA, and more). Reports are aligned to CHAP and ACHC accreditation standards. Status: Beta.

AI Patient Financials automates patient-responsible collections via text-to-pay. Murphi.ai reads outstanding AR from the EHR, sends personalized SMS payment links, and posts collected payments back automatically. Provider funds settle within 48 hours via the Everyware gateway. Reduces bad debt by 75% and AR cycle from 100+ days to 15 days. Status: Live.

The AI Contract Analyzer uses PADU Plus methodology to analyze payer contracts — generating operating manuals, identifying reimbursement leakage, flagging non-compliant clauses, and surfacing underpayments across your payer mix. Built for health systems, hospitals, and RCM companies. Status: Beta.

Yes. Murphi.ai is fully HIPAA compliant. All PHI is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available for every customer and is executed at onboarding.
